Adults have the opportunity to learn our complete system of traditional Kung Fu in a comfortable, productive environment. Build confidence, tone the body, lose weight, improve coordination.  Take the journey to a healthier body and mind through comprehensive martial art training.

Learn traditional exercise forms for total health and fitness, and self-defense techniques and skills appropriate to all imaginable situations!

At United Martial Arts, we teach the most complete and comprehensive system of Kung Fu available anywhere. Including powerful exercise forms from:
- Traditional Kung Fu  -  BaguaZhang -
- Tai Chi Chuan  -  ChiKung (Qigong) -
including self-defense techniques from:
- RhoTao (Jujitsu / Judo) -
- Chin Na (Aikido / Hapkido) -

Finally, at the appropriate levels, training is enhanced with a variety of traditional Chinese martial arts:
