No leaps, no high kicks, no running. Feet on the ground, elegant movements charged with meaning.  The body shaping a succession of attitudes, moving from significance to significance, poetry in motion.  Body movements representing movements of consciousness.

Tone the Body - Relieve Stress - Improve Balance

These smooth, flowing, low-impact movements constitute one of the most widely practiced exercise forms in the world.  Tai Chi is for anyone, and is particularly beneficial for those with injuries or who do not feel physically ready to tackle the complete martial art.  Tai Chi is also excellent for stress reduction.  Classes include instruction in Push Hands and self-defense applications.
