In August 2005, Master Cook is inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame.  He is also honored at the ceremony as the "Most Knowledgeable Kung Fu Master".  Additionally, he is asked to serve as a member of the International Martial Arts Grandmaster's Council.
